Personalised number plates

Number plates made to a registration or specification you provide are personalised goods. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not generally apply to goods made to a consumer’s specification or clearly personalised.

Changing or cancelling before production

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where reasonably possible. Once personalised production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Road-legal verification

Road-legal orders do not enter manufacture until the required identity and registration-entitlement checks are approved. If the required checks cannot be completed, we may cancel the affected order and arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by the personalised nature of an item. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or do not match the confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order reference, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We will cover reasonable return costs where the law requires us to do so.

Returning an item

Please contact us before returning anything. We will confirm the return address and appropriate method. Package items securely and retain proof of posting.
