The 4x4 format is 284 × 210 mm and is supplied as a rear plate through this builder. It is taller and squarer than a standard oblong, making it an option for a rear recess that suits these dimensions.
Choose printed, 3D gel, 4D acrylic, 4D gel, diamond bevel, shadow, ghost or negative lettering. The format remains selected when you open a finish below. Borders and compatible fixings are available; flags and show effects are not.
A vehicle being a 4x4 does not establish which plate fits. Measure the mounting area and check the registration layout before manufacture. If you also need a front oblong, order it separately from the matching character-finish product page.
Questions about 4x4 & square number plates
Is this a front and rear pair?
No. The 4x4 product is configured as a rear plate. For a matching front oblong, use the separate product page for your chosen character finish.
Can I choose bevel, shadow or ghost lettering?
Yes. All eight character finishes are compatible with the 4x4 format, including diamond bevel, shadow, ghost and negative.
Will this fit every 4x4?
No. Vehicle mounting areas differ. Check the 284 × 210 mm size against your actual rear recess and mounting points.
Can I add a flag or border?
This format does not offer flags or show effects. You can choose a compatible border and fixings in the builder.
