Delivery information

Production

Our normal handling time is 0–1 working days from receiving your order to dispatch. This includes document checks and production for number plates, and also applies to personalised keyrings. Postal delivery time is additional. Missing or rejected documents, unusual specifications or availability issues can delay dispatch; this is a typical timeframe rather than a guaranteed deadline.

Plates are usually made the same day if ordered before 3pm. For collection orders placed later, contact us first to check whether same-day making is possible. Approved posted plates are normally sent the same day if ordered before 2pm. These are typical cutoffs in UK local time, not guaranteed deadlines. All plate orders, including show plates, need approved identity and registration-entitlement documents before production. We review uploaded documents within one hour. If an upload is not accepted, we contact you to request a new upload. Document checks, unusual specifications and availability can affect the timing.

UK delivery

Delivery to United Kingdom addresses costs £4.99 per order, as shown at checkout. Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to arrive in 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is a delivery estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; some postcode areas have different delivery targets and delays can occur. Production and document-check time are separate from postal delivery time.

Same-day dispatch means we send your order that day; it does not mean same-day delivery. If you need plates urgently, contact us before ordering to discuss collection or availability.
